A new ongoing trend has been making itself known in the industry. A percentage of the Insurance Companies that we deal with are now implementing unfair business practices. They are instructing their clients who have just incurred a loss (glass and collision) to go to one of their own "selected" repair shops to get an estimate and also to arrange for repair work to be performed. In order for C&C Collision & Glass of Lindenhurst to become a "selected" repair facility we would be obligated to charge you (the customer) the entire deductible. It is not illegal for C&C to waive part or all of the deductible if we can. We would also be required to use either aftermarket parts and/or like kind & quality (used) parts where they are available.

We don't believe in putting used parts on your vehicle when OEM original parts are available.

The majority of the insurance carriers feel the need to have the body shops that are their "select" shops refund back a % of each loss directly to them. We believe any savings should be passed along to our loyal customers.

Glass Repair/Replacement

We use the Accudraft Spray booth to ensure the highest quality finishing. It is equipped with a Downdraft ventilation system, the best system that is available that runs straight down from the ceiling to the floor and is the most efficient and cleanest option. Since the air is drawn around the vehicle and exhausted under the object, it pulls any overspray and contaminants down and away from the object no matter where the operator is spraying. The risk of overspray and contaminants is also greatly reduced for the painter.
